Conflict Minerals Policy

The policy of TMT Metals is to completely exclude all conflict minerals and metals from its supply chain. Conflict minerals and metals are materials, which through their mining, production and/or supply have either knowingly or inadvertently been of benefit to illegally armed groups. All such mineral and metal materials have been, and continue to be excluded from TMT Metal’s supply chain.
TMT is a member of ITSCI Programme which works to achieve avoidance of conflict financing, human rights abuses, or other risks such as bribery in mineral supply chains.
